{"id":919,"date":"2017-06-17T21:35:14","date_gmt":"2017-06-17T19:35:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bkircher.at\/?p=919"},"modified":"2017-06-17T21:35:14","modified_gmt":"2017-06-17T19:35:14","slug":"drohnenflug-in-oesterreich","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bkircher.at\/wordpress\/drohnenflug-in-oesterreich\/","title":{"rendered":"Drohnenflug in \u00d6sterreich"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-av_one_full-6126cab7d8fab8d08143dd2dacdf673c\">\n.flex_column.av-av_one_full-6126cab7d8fab8d08143dd2dacdf673c{\nborder-radius:0px 0px 0px 0px;\npadding:0px 0px 0px 0px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='flex_column av-av_one_full-6126cab7d8fab8d08143dd2dacdf673c av_one_full  avia-builder-el-0  avia-builder-el-no-sibling  first flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding  '     ><p><section  class='av_textblock_section av-av_textblock-396ddf1f42196ca838231e61a4602801 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Vor vier Jahren kaufte ich mir meine erste DJI Phantom Drohne, welche ich noch mit einer GoPro-Kamera ausr\u00fcsten musste, damit ich endlich die Welt von Oben fotografieren und filmen konnte. <!--more--> Damals war das Fliegen mit so einem Ding noch im rechtlichen Graubereich angesiedelt und so legte ich mir zumindest eine Modellflugversicherung zu, um im Falle des Falles nicht meine Existenz zu ruinieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die anf\u00e4ngliche Begeisterung f\u00fcr die Fotografie mittels Drohne war erloschen als immer bessere DJI Phantoms, mit eingebauter Kamera, und integrierter Gimbal den Markt betraten und immer bessere Bilder und Videos erlaubten. Dennoch wollte ich nicht wieder eine DJI Phantom, sondern etwas kleines und kompakteres zum Fliegen, damit ich auch unterwegs ein paar Luftfotos schie\u00dfen konnte. <\/p>\n<p>Ende 2016 war es mit dem DJI Mavic so weit: kompakt und trotzdem mit allem was eine gute Drohne ausmacht kam die Drohne auf den Markt. Und war nat\u00fcrlich \u00fcber Monate hindurch ausverkauft. Im Mai 2017 war dann die Mavic endlich einigerma\u00dfen verf\u00fcgbar und ich bestellte mir das Ding im Internet. Gleich dannach wollte ich mir die notwendige Modellflugversicherung besorgen, doch &#8211; oh Schreck &#8211; ohne Zulassung durch die Austro Control (Verantwortlich f\u00fcr den Flugverkehr \u00fcber \u00d6sterreich) gibt es keine Versicherung und die Zulassung kostet nur die Kleinigkeit von ca. 320\u20ac, daf\u00fcr j\u00e4hrlich. Und weil das Verfahren so komplex ist gibt es im Internet schon Firmen die einem f\u00fcr 50\u20ac beim Genehmigungsprozess unterst\u00fctzen. <\/p>\n<p>Mir blieb die Spucke weg: zus\u00e4tzlich zur Drohne werden somit j\u00e4hrlich 500\u20ac f\u00fcr den Betrieb der Drohne f\u00e4llig. Zus\u00e4tzlich gibt es diverse Beschr\u00e4nkungen &#8211; und es war mir bis zum Schluss nicht klar ob ich \u00fcberhaupt im Ortsgebiet von Wien eine Drohne steuern d\u00fcrfte.<\/p>\n<p>Also stornierte ich die Bestellung schweren Herzens und &#8230; legte mir eine Cheerson CX10W Drohne um 40\u20ac zu. Die f\u00e4llt nun aufgrund der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und des Gewichts in die Kategorie \u201eSpielzeug\u201c und ist somit von jeglicher Anmeldung, Zulassung und Versicherungspflicht ausgenommen. Das wenige Gramm schwere Flugobjekt schie\u00dft zwar nur Videos und Bilder in der Qualit\u00e4t eines Uralt-Handys, die Reichweite ist mit 25m auch nicht \u00fcppig, die Flugzeit von maximal 5 min. ist extrem kurz und die Steuerung ist nicht wirklich pr\u00e4zise &#8211; aber ich kann wenigstens ein paar Bilder von Oben knipsen. Und das Fliegen macht auch Spa\u00df, zumindest ein bisschen \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n<p>Und mittlerweile sind es auch schon drei verschiedene Drohnen, mit deren Hilfe ich das Steuern eines derartigen Flugobjekts \u00fcben kann:<br \/>\n* Cheerson CX-10 (Drohne nur zum Fliegen)<br \/>\n* Cheerson CX-10c (mit Kamera, speichert Bilder und Videos auf micro-SD Karte)<br \/>\n* Cheerson CX-10wd-tx (mit Kamera und Wifi \u00dcbertragung zum iPhone)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\"
